Hooray #OOTD Prints Charming

I'm turning my back on grey days! After today's sneak peak of real sunshine I think we should hopefully be able to put the days of single digits behind us! But then again, it is London, so let's not jinx it either! I can really tell I've acclimatised to London weather when double digits (and I'm talking teetering on ten) means tshirt weather! These photos were snapped a few weeks back on a 10 degree day when I was just hoping that if I dressed like it was spring, the weather gods would come to the party. Lately I've been feeling restricted when I want to wear something super cute and it gets covered up by a jumper, coat and scarf! This is probably why my jumper and coat collection has grown a lot lately and my poor spring wardrobe has been neglected. So, fingers crossed I can put away those coats and unleash those summer items!

This is a spring look I wore to work. I boldly paired a pink summer print blouse with white trousers sporting graphic numbers. I kept things neutral...almost... by choosing white trainers with a neon pop. I wore this outfit with a striped boxy-fit blazer to make it feel work appropriate and although it seems like a different style, it works well with the blouse as the stripes compliment the stripes in the pattern on the shirt. My nail polish (I'm strictly a Sally Hansen girl) is the perfect shade for spring and ties in nicely with the beach umbrellas in shades of orange. I added a red lip to show 'em who's boss, and voila, I call it 'Corporate Staycation'. xo Prints Charming
